Rent Guarantee/Warranty

For extra peace of mind, we can supply an optional Rent Guarantee/Warranty, which, in the event of a change in tenants circumstances and them no longer being able to meet their rental commitments, our Rent Guarantee product protects 100% of your rental income and provides a safeguard for meeting your own monthly expenses. The product also includes Legal Action and Expenses Cover for Eviction which minimises any losses or costs and reduces the stress of gaining possession and Section 21 Legal Cover at end of Tenancy which offers peace of mind knowing your legal costs are covered should your tenant fail to vacate at the end of term as demanded.

Government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme

Clarke Residential submit all deposits into the DPS giving you peace of mind that your tenant’s deposit will be protected by a leading supplier of deposit protection in the UK. You can be assured that your deposits with the custodial scheme are secure when using The DPS, as all funds are afforded client money protection and are strictly segregated from other assets.


Landlords and letting agents can access online accounts 24/7 and submit deposits in minutes.


The DPS are not affiliated to any particular trade body and offer an independent and free Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service which aims to resolve any disputes quickly and without the need for court action.


All deposit funds are held in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority client money regulations and managed by Computershare Investor Services Plc, a global business with more than ten years deposit protection experience.
